I have been very pleased living here. In the almost three years I have been here I haven't really had any issues. The area around the apartments is well kept. It's a relatively quiet area to live in. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years now. I don't think any place is perfect but Madeira tries and i have always been happy living here. The grounds are beautiful and the staff always make sure to keep it well manicured and cared for...But overall, i think its a great place to live. They allow pets and ive never had any issue with other pets in all the buildings, mine have become friends with many of them...I would definitely recommend these apartments. - Megan

Nice residential area. 10 minutes from downtown. Issues are dealt with quickly. Reasonably price. Grounds are kept clean during every season of the year. Area to allow for grilling outside. Nice place to live. Security for each building. - Verified Resident

Haven’t had any real issues over the 3-4 years I’ve been here. Staff has always been friendly. Grounds are nicely kept year round. The first year I was here snow removal was a big issue but since that winter there hasn’t been any problem. Parking lots have been plowed at least once before 7am. Highly recommend the apartments. - Matt
