A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200 and additional pet rent of $25 per pet a month per apartment. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years now. I don't think any place is perfect but Madeira tries and i have always been happy living here. The grounds are beautiful and the staff always make sure to keep it well manicured and cared for...But overall, i think its a great place to live. They allow pets and ive never had any issue with other pets in all the buildings, mine have become friends with many of them...I would definitely recommend these apartments. - Megan

Nice residential area. 10 minutes from downtown. Issues are dealt with quickly. Reasonably price. Grounds are kept clean during every season of the year. Area to allow for grilling outside. Nice place to live. Security for each building. - Verified Resident
