We will continue to make any and all necessary repairs and cleaning to the apartment prior to your move in date.
Yes, We have 24-hour standby maintenance, currently, only able to address emergency calls.
You can submit a maintenance request on your Resident Services account and can call the office with your request as well.
No, If you prefer to be, that is fine, but maintenance can perform the work without you present.
If locked out, you can call either the leasing office or the standby phone and once identification is verified, we will unlock your door for you.
Yes, we encourage or residents to make their apartment feel like home as long as there are no permanent modifications being done.
Normal operation hours for the community pool are between Memorial Day and Labor Day from 10am to dusk. Madeira residents are able to use the pool at Emerald Park.
While there is no assigned parking, there is plenty of parking available at each building with carports available on a first come first serve basis.
There are washing machines and dryers available in each building but there are no hookups within each apartment.
Yes, we allow dogs and cats in select buildings.
There is a $150.00 non refundable pet fee due at time of move in and $20.00 a month for pet rent.
There are breed and weight restrictions for dogs. You may contact the leasing office for more details.
There is not a pet park here at Madeira, however, there are several close by the community.
Apartments come with a range and refrigerator.
We do not, but we do work closely with a furniture rental company.
We are able to offer lease terms from 6-15 months.
Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.
There are no set quiet hours but at all times we ask our residents to be courteous to their neighbors.
There is no cost to take a tour, though we ask to have your picture identification present for verification purposes.
Appointments are encouraged, though, not necessary. Walk ins are welcome.

We will verify information and have the results within 24 hours.
You will need to pay your Security Deposit, Administrative Fee, and your pro-rated rent amount.
Our Leasing Consultants are happy to provide any information for first-time renters.
WIPS, by mail, and through your Resident Services account where you can set up one time payments or enroll in auto pay.

There are additional fees for pets.
You are not required to purchase renter's insurance, though it is encouraged.
Included utilities are gas for cooking, heating, and hot water. Trash removal and sewer services are included as well.
You will set up your electricity through Consumers Energy.
You are free to choose your cable and internet service provider.
You are allowed to have guests at your apartment. We do ask that any guests please park in parking spots facing away from the building.
Subleasing is prohibited per the signed lease agreement.
We have a Cancellation Premium that you can pay at the time you give your move-out notice. The cost of the Cancellation Premium will vary from unit to unit.
Madeira is conveniently located along the public bus route.
I-94, airport, Wings Stadium, restaurants, shopping, Milham Park, and several other parks and recreational areas/trails.
Kalamazoo Public Schools
Bark Park on Lovers Lane (paid park, roughly 5 miles from community), and Emerald Drive Park - half a mile from the community on Emerald Drive.
Bike trails can be found at most city parks within Kalamazoo and Portage.
Kalamazoo and Portage, Harding's, Rite Aid, Family Dollar, Meijer
Water Street Coffee and Biggby are less than 10 minutes away.
From the East or West on I-94 take the Sprinkle Road exit, Sprinkle to Cork Street.
